A Ramblers group with walks of about 4 - 6 miles. We explore the beautiful Kent countryside from within the Tonbridge and Malling area and, occasionally, further afield.

The walk starts from The Redstart Pub in Barming passing through Oakham Woods and the East Malling Horticultural Research Station then onto the village of East Malling where we will stop for a nibble break.
We then start our journey back to Barming crossing the railway line and then through fields and ancient woodland taking in some fine views of the Kent countryside along the way.
This is mainly a flat walk but there may be some mud depending on the weather conditions.
Suitable for small dogs on a short lead at all times.
Nibble break half way round.
Only park in the pub car park if you are eating or drinking after the walk. Otherwise, all parking should be on Heath Road at the North Street end.
