Meet in concourse of Railway Station, by Costa Coffee, at 1100 aim to reach AGM by 1330. AGM starts at 1400.

Route is 5 miles. From station walk to river and Trent Valley Way. Follow river bank, cut across to Beston Canal then into Beeston and Fire Station. Route is flat and a mixture of pavements, riverside paths and field paths. Could be muddy in places.
