Overview

An undulating walk takes us through farm and woodland with some moderate climbs and descents. Parts of this walk can be relatively challenging and include stiles and potentially muddy riverside areas. Our efforts are rewarded with some great views over Calderdale, including Barkisland, Greetland and Stainland.

Bring a packed lunch and a warm drink. Some refreshments may be available in the nearby pub at the finish point.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but may need assistance over stiles, and should be on a short lead as we cross farmland.
