Redmire to Bolton Castle and on towards Carperby on the high route then drop down to Aysgarth - Lunch stop at the Falls - opportunity to visit the visitor center -

Combination of farm / gravel tracks some stiles - reasonable gradients - one steep descent prior Carperby
