We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We have been invited to revisit St Anne's church on Bowden Hill now that the major refurbishment works have been completed. This is a rare opportunity to see inside the building plus there is a 6 mile walk before the visit. We walk through Bowden Park, Second Nursery, Nocketts Hill and Naish Hill. There will be stiles.
Bring snack and fluids. We will be back by lunchtime.
Post walk, as we are parking at the Wiltshire Scrapstore, they would like us to visit their cafe for coffee and cake (see their fantastic website for menu).
You must book with the leader in the week preceeding. Text preferred. You are not confirmed until you get a reply. Dogs are at the leader's discretion.
Starting point is Wiltshire Scrapstore, Unit 5, Griffin Farm. off Bowden Hill (at sharp bend). Use the bottom car park.
