This varied and scenic walk includes a section of the Macmillan Way, a meandering path through a bluebell wood, the approach to Hazelbury Manor and a stretch along the By-Brook, with lovely views across the Box valley from many points on the route. There are some ups and downs, a few stiles and some potentially muddy or slippery stretches, so please come equipped with suitable footwear. Walking poles are also recommended.
Bring a drink and a packed lunch for refreshment stops. After the walk, there is also the option of refreshments at The Northey Arms, Bath Road SN13 8AE.
