We are the Surrey and Beyond Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk takes us along the North Downs Way from Box Hill to Mogador, and then across Walton and Headley Heaths back to the start. Some hills, including two very steep sections, and mud likely. Picnic lunch with optional drink at The Sportsman in Mogador. There is potentially an option to buy hot drinks and bacon/sausage sandwiches from the kiosk in the pub garden if it’s open (not confirmed).
Parking is free for NT members. Refreshments also available pre and post walk from the cafe in the visitor centre.
We will walk at a moderate to brisk pace. The terrain is hilly.
