We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

On this trip you will be free to visit any of the attractions in Brighton, such as Brighton Pavilion, The Lanes Shopping streets or Brighton Museum to see either an Abba exhibition or a Rembrandt exhibition. There is a Brighton Sightseeing bus or an electric tram along the front. Brighton has a Palace Pier and a Marina. There is an excellent bus service in Brighton if you wish to go out of town.
There is an optional 4.5 mile or 7.5-mile walk. The Brighton Undercliff Walk starts from the Palace Pier to the Marina and onto Saltdean where there is an option of catching a bus back (the 4.5-mile walk) or continuing on a higher path through historic Rottingdean and finishing at Roedean, where we catch a bus back into Brighton. The first part of the walk on the Undercliff is a concrete path. The second part includes a bridleway and some field paths.
There is a huge selection of cafes and restaurants in the town. Those ramblers who choose the longer walk please bring a picnic lunch and drink.
The cost of the coach trip is £20. There will be a comfort break on the journey to Brighton.

This is a joint coach trip with Slough U3A. Meet in the free car park at Upton Court Park at 8:30 to board the coach which will leave at 8:45am. The return journey will leave Brighton at 5pm.
