This moderate-grade 7.5 mile walk is in the countryside west of the town of Caerwys, Flintshire and includes sections of a Roman road, the North Wales Pilgrim's Way and Offas's Dyke Path.
There are some uphill sections but nothing strenuous. We will take an easy pace.
The spring flowers are out in abundance. Expect bluebells, celandines, stitchwort, chickweed and wild garlic.
Bring a packed lunch.
Dogs
Deeside Group has a policy of not allowing dogs on its walks. Registered assistance dogs may be permitted, but only by prior arrangement with the walk leader.
