Overview

Walking through the nature reserve offers 3 areas of outstanding scientific importance as well as woods. Heath and acid grassland predominate, flanked by oak and birch scrub. Common lizard and ground nesting birds are examples of wildlife. In addition to dragonflies, damselflies and the great diving beetle, there are numerous species of solitary bees and the green tiger beetle.
Dogs unfortunately are unable to attend this walk.
