A varied walk, taking in the Busbridge Lakes, where we will take a mid-walk break, and the woods around Hydon's Ball. Of course, we will take the opportunity to climb to the trig point at the top, one of the highest points in Surrey. Busbridge Lakes is a Grade II listed "heritage garden", "renowned for its magnificent trees, impressive grounds and wildlife." Hydon's Ball was one of the National Trust's earliest acquisitions and is a memorial to the Trust's co-founder, Octavia Hill. 620 feet total ascent.
