Overview

From the viewpoint at Bwlch Penbarras the Trail passes beside the hillfort of Foel Fenlli and for much of the time is following the heather clad ridge that is so prominent in this area, part of the Clywdian Range. Crossing over Moel Gwy, Moel Llanfair and Moel y Plas and the edge of Moel y Gelli before descending to Llandegla.
