6 miles.  C walk.  No limit to numbers
The walk begins under the bridge at the entrance to Campbell Park. Walk up to the Equestrian Centre and down WOL. Spylaw Park for coffee. Continue past Colinton Church, over the bridge to south side of WOL. We continue via the second new bridge, crossing back to the north side of the river at Redhall Garden Centre before returning to Campbell Park. Hopefully we will see a host of golden daffodils in the parks.

Minimum ascent. Can be muddy in parts. Gaiters and poles if desired.

To book on this walk, please text or WhatsApp the Leader.
Please advise if leaving from Currie or meeting at Campbell Park - and if able to drive. Also, please advise the Leader if you have any medical condition affecting your walking.  A change of footwear is recommended, if travelling in someone’s car.

Driving Directions

From Currie Library, go along Lanark Road to Gillespie Cross Roads. Turn right into Colinton. Turn immediately right at lights on Bridge Road, Colinton. This is Woodhall Road. Drive to the end of the road and park under the bypass bridge or just before.
