Overview

Ascending the Long Mynd via Carding Mill Valley, then walking down the west side of the 
Long Mynd to Bridges and Ratlinghope, where we stop for lunch. A steady climb back to Shooting Box and then descending through Townbrook Valley returning to the car park. One steep climb at the start. Stunning views.
