Overview

This is a great walk with stunning views as it takes you along the Cat's Back, a narrow ridge, and over Black Hill, but it's steep in places. The ridge is narrow and can be very slippery in wetter weather so great care is needed with footing. This is an exposed trail so warm layers are required as well as sturdy footwear. Sections of this trail can be boggy and muddy following wet weather.
