Overview

Meet at Reading Railway Station, nearest post code RG4 1LZ. Then taking the No 17 bus to Cemetery Junction. This is a busy junction so take care crossing the road to meet at the Gateway to the Cemetery. There will then be a Guided Walk around the Graveyard with our guide Liz Tait. She will point out selected Commonwealth War Graves along with some interesting stories. The tour will take approx. 1.5hours. If you wish to make your own way to the Cemetery the nearest post Code is RG6 1JG, SU731731. After the cemetery walk we will be walking back to Reading along the Kennet. Then we plan ti visit Sweeney & Todd Pie Shop in Castle Street for Lunch after.
