We are the Woodspring Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the car park we walk along the village and steeply up the left hand side of the gorge via Charterhouse Farm along the West Mendip way passed the disused quarry then across the gorge road and up the right hand side of the gorge on to the top.
Walk along the ridge, enjoy the views and then descend back to the village and car park.
Sticks recommended if you have them as it is likely to be slippery in places.
One stop for food/drink. 4 stone stiles.
