We are the Waltham Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will leave crossing the recreation ground towards the church. Field paths and a quiet lane take us to Hinton Lane, and the track takes us towards Tichborne with lovely views on route. A permissive path is joined and then footpaths across fields take us to Sevington Farm. From here a footpath rises gently and then it's a short walk descending back to Cheriton.
No serious hills and very few stiles. You may wish to take some refreshment at the Flowerpots Inn after the walk.
