Overview

The walk takes us through quieter parts of the Savernake Forest circumnavigating the village of Chisbury, and on to Little Bedwyn,  After a short section along the Kennet & Avon, we leave the canal at Great Bedwyn to return to St Katharines.  This gentle walk follows quiet lanes, foot paths, bridleways and the tow path.  There are no serious ascents but expect the odd stile and some mud.

Please bring lunch and refreshments.  Sticks may also be useful.  There may be livestock enroute.
