Overview

A brisk walk 8 mile down to the Manifold valley and up Ecton Hill from the east. Passing the old mine workings then to Wetton before dropping back into the valley past Thor's cave. Along the river valley before climbing back to Warslow.

Returning to the Greyhound in Warslow for a festive meal at 14.30
