Today we'll be having a short walk along the historical tracks and trails of Benthall Edge. There are lovely views across the gorge and you'll see traces of the fascinating industrial heritage of the area. There's a steep climb out of the gorge at the beginning of the walk. Join us to work up an appetite for Christmas lunch at the Valley Hotel in Ironbridge. You could just join us for the lunch if the walk is not for you, or just for the walk if the meal is not for you.
We'll start from the Valley Hotel in Ironbridge at 10am and for those that are only coming for lunch you should aim to be at the hotel for 12.30pm.

We'll be sharing Christmas lunch with walkers from the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks group from Broseley, and will have tables set up for TES Ramblers members and friends. The meal is being held in the function room of the hotel.
The Broseley walkers have a raffle to raise funds for a local charity if you'd like to donate a raffle prize please bring it along on the day.
This is car sharing meeting point. Forge Retail Park off Colliers Way, Telford. Car sharers meet opposite Decathlon and Furniture Village to the right of the steps beneath the Green Fire Assembly sign.
