From the start point at High Ongar, the walk continues to Ongar town centre where walkers will catch a bus to Epping Station.  (Please bring bus passes or money for the bus journey). 

The walk will then follow the Essex Way back to the starting point at High Ongar.

Lunch stop will be at the Green Man in Toot Hill.
