Overview

This is an eight mile circular walk heading to Akeley across the fields. After finding somewhere to eat our packed lunch we'll return to Stowe through Akeley woods and walking on public footpaths around the boundaries of the Gardens.

Please note there is no pub stop on this walk. There may be an opportunity to visit the cafe at Stowe at the end of the walk.

Meet at the Corinthian Arch at the top of Stowe Avenue after parking in the National Trust car park for Stowe Gardens, ready to start walking at 10.30.
