A straightforward linear walk along the John Muir Way from Clachan of Campsie to Strathblane and back along the same route.
An ascent of Dunglass will be undertaken on the return from Strathblane, but please note that this is optional. Poles are recommended for those who wish to do Dunglass.
The John Muir Way is constructed on the old Strathblane to Kirkintilloch railway line.
Local Grade C+.
There is free car parking in Clachan of Campsie.
