A coastal walk from Bangor to Abergwyngregyn passing behind the grounds of Penrhyn Castle and via the Spinnies bird and nature reserve. Calling in for coffee at the Aber distillery cafe near the end of the walk.

A fairly flat walk but some uneven surfaces. Local grade D
Arriva bus 5 from Llandudno or Abergwyngregyn to the Bangor Pen y bryn bus stop
Meet at the Bangor Pen y bryn bus stop. (Arriva bus 5 from Llandudno or Abergwyngregyn) The bus stop is on the A5 just before the entrance to Dickies Yard marina coming from Penrhyn Castle direction. For those driving there are a number a public parks locally, the nearest is Beach Road Car park about ½ a mile from Dickies Yard entrance.
