Overview

This walk was originally published as scheduled for 15th October. Unfortunately, the date had to be changed. Park in small CP just below Warbury Hill. From A34, drive through East Woodhay and near postcode RG20 0AW, take left fork and follow road to top of hill, turn right and car park is at next junction where road turns right. The walk is challenging with steep ascents but with spectacular views. The walk descends towards West Woodhay and looping round via Inkpen and Lower Green before the long ascent to the ridge before passing Combe Gibbet and Walbury Hill (the highest point in the South of England). BRING PACKED LUNCH.
