Conkers Circuit - Moira

Join me for this winter walk through parts of the National Forest. From Conkers Waterside Centre we will walk south on the towpath of the Ashby Canal, passing Moira Furnace to reach Donnington Woodland Park where we will have our mid-morning break. We then head north along tracks and well-made paths, skirting Overseal to reach Swainspark Wood and Albert Village where we will pause for a picnic lunch. We return to our cars along the Conkers Circuit and can take post walk refreshment in the Lakeside Café next to the car park.
