Overview

Firstly, an uphill walk to Winter Hill Golf Course with splendid views across the Thames Valley. The route then goes through Cookham Dean and on to Quarry Wood. The path continues through woods on the lower slopes of Winter Hill before the final stretch along the Thames and back through the church yard into Cookham Village. Bring a drink and snack.
