James and Pip will be leading us on a mixed walk along paths around the Crantock peninsula and beside the Gannel Estuary with two crossings by bridge.
The walk starts beside the Gannel upstream before taking to some quiet country lanes and field footpaths. There are about five stiles along this section. Eventually we arrive at the top of the Gannel estuary and cross by the upstream footbridge. The path returns along the north side of the estuary to the lower bridge and the estuary path to the car park. Finish with a drink at either of the pubs in Crantock village.
Boots, food and drink. Some paths are muddy and waterproof boots are advised. Well behaved dogs allowed on leads please.
