Suitable for regular walkers.  There are 8 gates and 6 stiles.  Some road walking without pavement.  There are some narrow woodland paths with trip hazards & steep slopes. You will walk close to watercourse & deep water.   There are some steep ascents & descents and there could be livestock.

Walking poles advised. Please bring refreshments.  

Please book with the walk leader by 5 pm the day before the walk.
