Overview

The leader has led variations of this walk on a number of occasions. This version does not actually walk up the Cwm. Given good visibility there will be excellent views.

The walk starts with a long gradual climb along pavements, fields and tracks to Ogmore Forest. Then we descend into Cwm Dimbach before climbing again to the edge of the Pant-y-Wal wind farm. A descent is then made to Glynogwr before returning along the attractive Ogwr Fach valley.
