We are the Fylde Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Ryal Fold enter Roddlesworth Woods heading south to Higher Pasture Barn (site of). Then follow the path over the moor passing the former coalfield (little survives) to Duckshaw Brook and on to Darwen Tower. Then return by Sunnyhurst and Earnsdale Resr to Ryal Fold.

Options exist for post walk refreshments.
Park in the car park next to the Roddlesworth Information Centre (the rear car park - next to the cafe) - free car park. Or if busy on the ground next to the road.
