Overview

The walk follows the Wayside Arts trail, marked by 12 carved oak maker posts which leads up to Burnley’s Panoptican ‘Singing Ringing Tree’ at Crown Point. From Towneley Hall, we follow the Burnley Way path to Clowbridge Reservoir. The Limey Valley path takes us to the Crown Point Road and the Singing Ringing Tree. From here, we slowly descend down to the Bacup Road and Dyneley to re-join the Burnley Way for a short distance, from Cliviger a flat walk back to the car park.
