Overview

c8 miles leisurely/moderate walk with 800ft of ascent from Deep Hayes Country Park, the walk goes via the Caldon canal to Cheddleton where we climb out of the valley and walk via tracks to Stanley Pool and Village. After crossing the high ground we return to the canal near Hazelhurst Aqueduct after enjoying the pleasant Staffordshire countryside.
