This is a shortened high walk starting from Glengoyne distillery. The walk skirts the base of Dumgoyne before reaching Dumfoyn where splendid views can be had.
The walk then descends to the West Highland Way to walk to the Beech Tree Inn.
This is significantly shorter than today's other walks but does have a relatively steep section. However, it will be taken at an easier pace.

Walk by private bus. Numbers will be restricted.

Travel to start of walk by private bus. Pick up points in Cumbernauld: 8:50am - Craiglinn Roundabout Bus Stop 8:55am - Condorrat Main Road Bus Stop. 9.00 am - Park at car park for Cumbernauld New Town Hall, Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 1DZ Then make your way to the bus stop on Bron Way (left out car park) (see map) **** Bus back at Cumbernauld approximately 6pm. ****
