Overview

From East Linton, follow the John Muir Way beside the River Tyne, past Prestonkirk and Preston Mill and then Knowes Mill.  Leave the river path at Tyninghame Bridge and follow the Ware Road track to Hedderwick Sands.  Pass East Links Family Park and skirt the edge of Belhaven Bay (if tide conditions allow we may cross the sands to use the 'Bridge to Nowhere')  The route then follows the clifftop into Dunbar, with views back to Bass Rock and North Berwick Law.
