From Queensferry Road catch the 09:00 tram to Ballgreen tram stop for the walk start at 10:00 Walk via Saughton Park and the Waters of Leith walkway to Slateford and onto the Union Canal tow path. Continue onto Craiglockhart Leisure centre and up Easter Craiglockhart hill (157mtr), steps and steep ascent. Gentle descent to Greenbank Terrace for the bus back to the city centre.
