A repeat of the walk I led on 29.02.24.
A short evening walk around Leeds City Centre followed by a drink.
Canal, railway and streets. Artwork and lighting as art.
Walk distance is approx 3 miles. We should not be outside for more than two hours. Please wear suitable clothing to keep warm
The walk starts at the Scarbrough Taps, which is where the Take A Hike monthly pub meet takes place.
We visit Brewery Wharf before heading through the Dark Arches to the canal. There is lighting on the canal path. We walk as far as Whitehall Road then leave the canal and walk to the Monk Bridge Viaduct garden. From here we walk past the wagon hoist tower at Wellington Place.
