Overview

A short walk through the dramatic Nidd Gorge above Knaresborough, following paths through a steeply sided valley, with mixed woodland and open areas attractive to birdlife and butterflies.

The starting point is Knaresborough train station, which has plenty of train services from Leeds. The 09:42 service from Leeds arrives into Knaresborough at 10:37am.
