Starting at the historic abbey, the route winds through beautiful Pittencrieff Park with its parkland, wooded glen, formal gardens. The route then takes in a variety of habitats, including woodland and farmland before reaching the shore near Torryburn. This section offers many opportunities to enjoy historic pilgrimage sites. The path follows the shore, with views across the Forth and Torry Bay Local Nature Reserve to finish in the picturesque village of Culross. We return by bus to Dunfermline.
