Overview

This walk starts flat and straightforward, taking us around Forfar Loch with its visitor centre. Then we walk through the town, up through Reid Park, to climb to the War Memorial on top of Balmashanner Hill. The hill rises from the southern edges of Forfar and from its memorial there are fine views over the town.
