Overview

A walk along the prom then over the cliffs around The Naze,  at Walton on the Naze, along by the estuary, returning along the prom to Frinton. Good surfaces limited potential mud.

Full walk 9 miles, with a 6 mile option to walk along prom to The Naze for cafe, refreshments,  toilets etc with the group  then turn back and self lead back to Frinton along prom.

Packed lunch advised for full walk.
