Overview

Starting at Cwmbran boating lake, we follow the Afon Lwyd river, through the park & Gawr Wood to Chapel Lane. Continuing along the riverside towards New Inn. We then cross the road & railway footbridge to join the “Mon & Brec” canal to stop for lunch at the park near Mount Pleasant. Continuing along the canal towpath to Cwmbran stadium and into Oakfield park before returning to the Cwmbran boating lake.
