Not much on the flat. Stop for mid morning break. Can be quite muddy if wet. Gaiters and a pole might be helpful.

POST RECCE UPDATE 22 Nov 24 - Fairly good underfoot but Storm Bert may change that so please come prepared for water and mud, some footpaths have water channels so a pole may be useful to navigate them. Some short sharp inclines and some more gentle ones but very little on the flat. NO STILES!!
