From recreation ground car park we start South West to the SDW, Gander Down, Little Hampage Wood, Abington Manor Farm, Hampage Wood, St Swithins Way to Itchen Abbas. Three castles path to Itchen Stoke Down, Wayfarers Walk to outskirts of New Alresford and Tichborne Park.
