Overview

Starting from Knighton we follow Offa's Dyke path uphill to the south before leaving it at Rhos-y-meirch. From there we make our way across to join Glyndwr's Way, which will take us back towards Knighton. On the final section Glyndwr's Way joins the Heart of Wales line to run along Garth Hill (no not that one) with views across the Teme valley.
