Walk from St Mabyn down to Helland Bridge and back up again hoping to see the last of the Scarlet Elf Cup mushrooms. Taking in Tregaddock, Longstone, Trequites woods to Helland Bridge. (Four arch bridge, first described in 1535.) Up through woods over fields cross B3266, fields back to St Mabyn with one awkward stream crossing. Wellies would be good choice.
