From the Greenway Shopping Parade we make our way towards Bellingdon along paths which may be muddy but towards half-way offer some good views over towards Hawridge and Cholesbury. After having had a flatish start we make our way down to Widmore Wood which has many holly trees in it. We then come back out into the open to have a magnificent view looking upwards to Captains Wood which we climb up to and go along until we come out near the end of the woods not far from the shops where we started.
This walk meets outside Great Hivings Post Office. Use street parking round about. Perhaps try Hivings Park round the corner if you are having trouble.

Meet outside Great Hivings Post Office, Greenway Shopping Parade, The Greenway, Chesham HP5 2DA (SP956 034) Sometimes you can park by the shops but if not try Hivings Park round the corner if you cannot see anywhere nearer to park.
