Overview

A lovely circular walk to the south of East Linton on a mixture of surfaces some of which could be muddy. We get to view the ruins of Hailes Castle before ascending Traprain Law where we will hopefully have extensive views and get to meet the wild ponies. Our return journey is along the riverside path.
