Overview

A gentle walk along the river with just one steep climb up The Hundred Steps to a panoramic view, then we go through woods back to The Chequers Inn for a drink.

Park at the far end of the Chequers Inn car park, Hanham Mills, Ferry Road, BS15 3NU. If driving from Bath, take the A4 westbound towards Bristol, turn right onto the A4175 (Durley Hill), continue onto Hanham High Street, and turn left onto Ferry Road. Proceed to Hanham Mills, and the pub will be on your left.
